A qualitative approach to movement, Functional Pilates is designed to develop greater awareness of how your autonomic system functions to release unnecessary tension, elongate and mobilize the spine, and move your joints in healthy, rejuvenating ways. Regular practice results in better coordination, better posture, better core strength, improved breathing, and better balance. Functional Pilates incorporates standing as well as floor work, and utilizes small dumbbells and props. you. Suitable for all levels of experience.
